Choosing the Right Fit

Three ways clients typically start.

If you're not sure which tier makes sense, these are the three most common paths new clients take. None is better than another. They're just different answers to the question of how much coaching you actually want in the room.

Path 1

Full Coach in the Room.

You want live coaching every session, every rep watched. Highest touch, fastest technique correction, strongest accountability.

In-Home 1:1 · Studio 1:1 · Duo
Path 2

Structured Middle Ground.

You want a coach some of the time, and a real program the rest of the time. The best balance of cost and structure for busy professionals.

Hybrid Coaching · Small Group
Path 3

Self-Directed With Backup.

You want a real, custom-written program and someone to keep you honest. Best for experienced trainees who don't need supervision.

Programming Only · Virtual 1:1

Every service in the list above begins with the same 90-minute Initial Assessment. That's how we make sure the tier you pick actually fits, not just on paper.
