C3 Fitness is the private practice of Cedric Bailey, U.S. Army Master Fitness Trainer, Master Resilience Coach, and ISSA Certified Personal Trainer. Thirty years of military discipline paired with nationally accredited civilian certification, applied to a coaching practice for committed adults who are done collecting gym memberships and ready for real work.
Every program at C3 Fitness is built on four non-negotiables. They aren't slogans. They're the operating system of the practice, and the agreement you make when you start working with us.
We do what we said we'd do. Clients show up; we show up. No half effort, no half excuses. The work is the work.
Real fitness. Cardiovascular, strength, mobility, recovery. Not just "working out." Building capacity that holds up under load.
Results come from the boring middle. We help clients keep going when motivation runs out, because it always does.
Fitness fits into life, not the other way around. We coach habits, not just sessions. The change has to be sustainable, or it isn't change.
Cedric Bailey doesn't coach the way the internet coaches. He coaches the way the Army taught him to coach. With a plan, with standards, and with the long view.
A retired senior Army NCO with more than thirty years in uniform, Cedric is a credentialed U.S. Army Master Fitness Trainer and Master Resilience Coach. These aren't weekend certifications. They're the same programs the Army uses to develop the physical and mental durability of soldiers and small-unit leaders.
On the civilian side, Cedric holds the ISSA (International Sports Sciences Association) Personal Trainer Certification, the industry-standard NCCA-accredited credential recognized by every major gym and fitness organization in the United States. The military expertise sets the discipline; the ISSA training brings the modern exercise science.
He brings that same standard to civilian clients. Sessions at C3 Fitness aren't built around fads or trending equipment. They're built around what actually works for adults with real lives: assessment, programmed progression, technique under load, recovery, and accountability that doesn't quit when the calendar gets full.
The people who stay with C3 tend to be the people who were tired of starting over.
International Sports Sciences Association. NCCA-accredited. Founded 1988. Recognized industry-wide as one of the top personal-training certifications in the country.
Cedric does the work he asks his clients to do. Real training, real form, real load. Below is what that looks like on any given day at C3 Fitness.
Concept 2 rower. Real effort, not marketing.
C3 Fitness isn't for every gym-goer, and that's intentional. The roster is curated. These are the three client profiles the practice is built around.

Former high school or college athlete, now in their 30s or 40s, ready to rebuild what life and a desk job took away. Knows what hard work looks like. Just needs the right plan and someone to hold the standard.

Time-poor, results-oriented. Works in biotech, tech, healthcare, or professional services. Willing to invest in coaching that fits a packed calendar, and worth every dollar to keep the engine running clean.

Focused on longevity, mobility, fall prevention, and managing the conditions that come with the second half of life. Steady, deliberate work. Long client relationships.
No mystery, no upsell theater. Three steps from inquiry to your first real session, and a clear rhythm after that.
A 20-minute conversation to understand your history, goals, schedule, and constraints. Honest answers in both directions about whether this is the right fit.
The 90-minute deep dive. PAR-Q+ medical screening, movement assessment, baseline strength and conditioning, goal alignment, and the first draft of your program.
You pick the cadence: in-home, studio, virtual, hybrid. We build the program, run the sessions, track progression, and adjust quarterly based on what the body actually does.
Spots on the C3 roster are limited by design. A solo practice can only carry so many clients at full standard. If you're ready to start, the next step is a discovery call.
