A retired senior Army NCO with more than thirty years in uniform, Cedric is a credentialed U.S. Army Master Fitness Trainer and Master Resilience Coach. These aren't weekend certifications. They're the same programs the Army uses to develop the physical and mental durability of soldiers and small-unit leaders.

He brings that same standard to civilian clients. Sessions at C3 Fitness aren't built around fads or trending equipment. House rules. Packages are the default. Single sessions exist for pricing comparison. Sessions in a package expire 90 days from first use. Rates are reviewed annually; current clients are grandfathered for 12 months on any increase. Full terms appear in the Services Agreement provided at onboarding.
